Nobody wants their face to be covered in zits. Acne is basically the condition of zits, pimples, and whiteheads that can appear on your face and cause a lot of emotional distress.
There is something good about them though, they are a warning sign that something is not right in your body. The Chinese medicine professionals can look at your face and tell what part of your body has problems.
They have special facial maps that have been proven to be accurate about various conditions in your body. For instance, the nose area corresponds to the heart and can give clues to the condition of your heart and circulation there.
The cheeks represent the lungs and if you have zits or age spots on your cheeks, it is an indicator of what is happening on a certain part of either lung. There are also special acne maps and Chinese science that a person can access that will help him/her know how they should change their diet.
Some of the foods that usually need to be eliminated from the diet are the refined sugars and starches. Also, especially problematic for some people are any and all animal products.
Other factors that can affect the face are stress, lack of sleep or exercise, and improper hygiene. Teens not only have ragin
g hormones, but also face a lot of self-esteem issues influenced by the age of development they are in.
Teens are also tempted with a lot of improper dietary habits. Add to this the lack of knowledge of the importance of washing their face and hair regularly and sleeping on a clean pillowcase, and you can see why their faces can have such terrible breakouts.
It doesn't just happen to teens, but menopausal women can start to have problems with their faces similar to teens but not as bad. Many women like this have found that going on a wholesome vegan diet has not only helped to clear up their faces, but alleviated them of their menopausal symptoms.
It's important to do what you can to improve your diet to include a lot more foods that are high in fiber. The fiber helps to carry out toxins and fats that can be a major cause of facial dilemmas.
Too many people overlook the fact that exercise would really be a major benefit. Aerobic exercise such as swimming and running will do a lot to improve circulation and the burning of fat calories.
While it may seem that the major focus should be on keeping the face clean and applying antibacterial creams and ointments, people need to realize that the main cause is coming from within. Work on what you put in your body and notice the warning signs that are appearing on your face.
