The omega 3's tend to be more abundant in the fish heads. These are saved to make fish oil supplements.

And, if you have a million people and more th
inking that they have to have omega 3 from fish, then there are a lot of fish that have to be killed in order to supply the demand. This can lead to an upset in the ecosystem of the ocean as various fish species become scarce.

Omega 3 can also be obtained from cows that eat grass and chicken eggs from chickens that are fed omega 3 rich foods. The other option is that you can eat the greens and grains yourself.

There are also certain nuts and vegetables that have omega 3's. Walnuts are an especially abundant source.

You can go on a big treasure hunt to try to supplement your diet with mega doses of omega 3's, or you can just choose to change your diet to be more heart healthy.

While mega dosing of omega 3's has proven effective in mental patients in reversing schizophrenia, it is not going to help reverse your heart condition unless you are also eating right and exercising.

You can't expect to lower your cholesterol and blood pressure by drinking milk, eating cheese, eggs, and flesh products in excess. You just need to switch to a vegan diet with wholesome grains, greens, beans, fruits, nuts, and vegetables.
