Many people say there is an exceptional energy that comes with food that has been prepared with love. If the person preparing your food does so with a happy attitude and loving thought towards serving you, it somehow affects the food and makes it all the more delicious and rejuvenating.
Just knowing that the food has been prepared for you with a cheerful attitude can give you a good feeling. You have better digestion and enjoy your meal better.
You should never eat if you are upset and if the person preparing the food is upset, it can send a negative energy to the food. This is something that has been studied and researched and is worth looking into.
There are some things that you can do to give your meals that you prepare that special touch showing that you went beyond expectations. How does it make you feel, if you have a bowl of bean soup that has a few little sprigs of cilantro or parsley added on top as a garnish.
Or, do you remember as a child when your mom might have made two eyes and a smile and then poured the pancake batter over that to form your special pancake. When she served it to you, it was a pancake with a smiley face on it.
Think of a green salad with tomatoes and radishes, it's just your typical salad. But, what if there was a design on top made with some cut avocados and slivered almonds sprinkled on top, doesn't that make you feel kind of special?
There are many creative ways to let someone know that you care when you make a meal. You can use candles, china, a flower vase, and some pretty bowls filled with decorative appetizers.
All of these little extra efforts show love, and add a special energy to the food that can make a person feel like they are important to you. It actually improves digestion.
However, when you go out to eat at a restaurant, you never know what could be happening behind closed doors with your food. People who work at restaurants know there are times negative things can happen that you wouldn't suspect.
If you are rude to your waiter or waitress, they may be requesting a payback special for your particular plate to the chef. You might want to avoid going to a restaurant where one of the workers there is someone that you have offended sometime in your life.
A chef can make a tasty meal for you that you may not realize actually has some not-so-nice additions to your food. Someone, who doesn't like you could have paid the chef an extra $5 or $20 to do something yucky to your food.
Just make sure that when you go out to eat that you are very kind and considerate to your server. You may think that you deserve the best and demand perfection in a nasty tone, but the server may find a way to get revenge and secretly laugh while you eat your food.
Food prepared with love has special energy that can improve your health. But, be careful so that your food doesn't have some animosity additions in it.
