Sit-ups: Lie down. Feet should be on the floor, knees should be up and hands should cross your chest. You can lie down on an incline bench for the sit-ups. Lift your lower back along with shoulder blades and sit-up. Now, lower yourself and return to initial position.
Leg Lifts: Lie down with legs straight and hands on your sides. Lift your legs without bending until they come at 90 degrees angle. Now, lower legs and return to initial position. Your legs should not touch the ground while repeating.
Twisting exercises: You can include twisting exercises even in your daily tasks like, reaching an item placed on your right with left hand by twisting your body.
