Today food and convenience go hand and hand. Society has created a way of stuffing your face without even needing to get out of your car or do more than shouting a number at a janky microphone by a menu.

So you want a number three: at McDonalds you are getting a Big Mac and Fries with a Drink, at Arby's you are getting a roast beef sandwich with curly fries and a drink. In both cases you are getting massive globules of fattening lot nutrient foods.

These are not going to support your body in any way except by providing simply digested calories. That may sound nice that they are so simply digested, but, in fact, that is not a good thing.

When you eat something you do not want to get something that is have metabolized already. The body thrives on resistance; that is how you grow muscle, become smarter, and even get healthier.

So eating processed foods that have been twice blended in massive production with preservative, additives, and flavorings isn't doing your body any good. The truth is it is actually doing your body harm.

These simple compounds of sustenance are nothing more than blank calories, with preservatives. Now the blank calories these are going to allow for energy in the short term, but in the scheme of things, becaus
e there are no nutrients, they are not going to provide anything more.

The preservatives on the other hand are going to do a great deal of damage to your body. These preservatives do exactly what they sound like they may do: preserve.

They are not, however, going to preserve your body against infection, disease or aging like healthy nutrients will, but they will however preserve their own synthetic silicon compounds in your body. Yes these "preservatives" manifest themselves as fat.

The body is not equipped to digest and metabolize unnatural substances that go into processed foods as binders and additives. These chemical blobs from the fast food industry are going to become puddles of fat in the body, and are going to be nearly impossible to burn off.

The only way to burn the junk out of your system it by taking up a yoga class or something which, thankfully, is a pretty big part of society. However, yoga isn't as big as fast food.

Food is essential for life, why is it that you do not care about the food you are ingesting? The best thing you can do for your body is fuel it with nutrients that will increase performance and function.

There is no reason you shouldn't do what is best for your body. Unless you are a depressive miscreant that doesn't care about himself, there is no reason you shouldn't do what is best for you.
