Food is necessary, but a lot of it is garbage. So start learning some great gourmet recipes that actually provide some good nutrition.

You are going to need a few things here. First you are going to need a good size pan of Mexican rice however you like to fry it is fine.

Some people like it steamed and some people like it to be seasoned while being crisped in a pan. This is left to your discretion, meaning you can do whatever you freaking want.

Then you are going to need some black beans, the title is corn and black bean burrito, heat these up in a pan and then keep them warm while you prepare the rest of the food. While this is going on you can use a variety of different corn.

There is the canned corn which is probably the cheapest and also the most convenient there is around. Then there is also the corn on the cob which is the most delicious and fresh corn that you can get.

If you are working with corn on the cob it is required that you first start by boiling the corn so that it is edible and not completely raw. To do this you will have to rip the husks from the corn, turn the water to a boil and then set the corn inside.

Let it sit in the stewing pot for about 7 minutes. Of course you can also fry the cob or chuck it in the microwave.

But, for the whole gourmet burrito it is best to get the moistness of a boiling pot caught in the smooth kernels of a tender corn. Now grab a nice slicing knife, preferably an eight inch all-purpose chef's knife, and slice the kernels from the side of the corn cob.

Now take this same all-purpose chef's knife to the tomato corner and start slicing and dicing those buggers, unless you have a paring knife then use that. Once you have all the amenities all fancied up and put on display in nice dishes set out on the buffet bar it is time to start cooking up the tortillas.

Get the raw tortillas from the Mexican market. These tend to be bigger and fresh cooked tortillas are always much tastier and much more gourmet.

Once you have a nice plate of moist corn, heated black beans, sliced and diced fresh tomatoes, guacamole, some fresh Mexican hot sauce, and the tortillas all heated up you are then ready to start eating. Proportions do not matter and are meant to be experimented with, that is the Mexican way.

Eating Mexican food is fun because you can easily turn a burrito into a soft taco simply by the fold of the tortilla, so if one night you do not feel like eating burritos eat a taco instead.
