Add spicy salsa or taco seasoning to your minced beef for a kick of Mexican flavor. Fill taco's or burrito's with minced beef, shredded cheese, lettuce and tomato slices.

Heat together minced beef, a tin of baked beans and some Mexican spices. Arrange nacho corn chips onto a heat-proof plate, spoon over minced beef and top with shredded cheese. Grill or microwave the nachos until the cheese melts and serve with sour cream.
